What are the top three qualities that attract you to someone? Respectfulness. Self-sufficiency. Confidence.

On the first date, do you split the check, have your date pay, or do you pick up the tab? I always pick up the tab, unless it’s Oprah, then she’s paying.

If you had three wishes, what would you wish for? Perfect health. Encyclopedic knowledge of anything and everything. For society to have a lot more compassion for those less fortunate (people and animals).

Tell us a fun fact about you. I’ll give you two: One, I was a spelling bee champion in elementary school. Two, I won a “knobby knees” contest on a cruise when I was 15.

Describe yourself in three words. Focused. Entrepreneurial. Relaxed.

What’s your dream job? For the most part, I’m living it. I enjoy working hard for my clients to maximize their investments. The only other goal is to own my own office buildings, but I’m getting closer to achieving that.

Describe your perfect day off from work. With a phone, not sure that’s truly possible anymore – ha. However, I enjoy being outdoors. So a game of basketball or tennis, beach time and a barbecue.

What’s your spirit animal? For 34 years, I’ve never thought about what spirit animal I’d be. I love cows, but doubt I want to be one. I guess I’d be a dog, easily entertained and loyal, and I suppose the attention is nice.

What are the top three qualities that attract you to someone? One, talkers. I enjoy the company of a chatterbox. Two, dancing. I like someone who enjoys dancing. Everyone is in a good mood when they dance. Three, easy going. I’m not a planner in my personal life. I go with the flow and like a companion that does the same.

What’s a deal breaker in a relationship? Disrespect. I talk all differences out and rationalize. I don’t tolerate comments if they are irrational and disrespectful.

On the first date, do you split the check, have your date pay, or do you pick up the tab? I pick up the tab. It’s always a privilege to meet someone for the first time. I’m happy to pay for it.

Tell us a fun fact about you. I barbecue. My friends will tell you they come over to my house on the weekends, where I usually smoke brisket, ribs, chicken, fish, etc. and turn it into an all-day event. What are the top three qualities that attract you to someone? Someone who has a big, giving heart, is driven and has a smile that will light up a room.

What’s a deal breaker in a relationship? It is impossible to narrow it down to one thing. Other than the obvious, which is cheating, I think the biggest thing that can kill a relationship is the lack of presence and lack of variety. Always spend your time with her as if it’s the first time.

What’s your perfect first date? I like to stay semi casual, fun and relaxed. Any cool place to have a drink, laugh and get to know each other. I love to laugh. So, a comedy club after would be a must.
