[solidcore] Fitness Studio Loved By Michelle Obama Opens New Location In Boca Raton
No matter your political affiliation, we can all agree that former first lady Michelle Obama is the definition of “fitness goals.”
South Florida residents can now pick up a part of her fitness routine as [solidcore] opens its newest boutique fitness studio location in Boca Raton. Michelle Obama publicly attends [solidcore] at least once a week at its flagship studio in Washington, D.C.
The Boca Raton location is holding its official grand opening on Feb. 24, with classes beginning at 7 a.m. and going until 1 p.m. There will be complimentary juice samples provided by RAW JUICE, giveaways, raffles and a fitness wear pop-up shop throughout the grand opening.
[solidcore]’s workouts last 50 minutes and focus on high-intensity, low-impact, slow and controlled movements on a resistance-based machine called sweatlana. The intense workout is purposefully sequenced to work muscles to failure. Each move at [solidcore] has the foundation of a plank, squat or lunge, with many variations to help strengthen the entire body. See the video below for a sneak peak:
