Boca Raton’s First BurgerFi Location Opens Its Doors At The Newly Renovated Boardwalk
Take a bite out of this: BurgerFi has come to Boca Raton.
On June 11, BurgerFi’s first Boca Raton location opened its doors at the newly renovated Boardwalk at Boca Raton. The brand is committed to serving food with no steroids, antibiotics, growth hormones, chemicals or additives.
Husband-and-wife duo Mark and Michele McCauley are the owners of the Boca Raton location. This is their second BurgerFi establishment together, as they opened their first in Atlanta back in 2014.
BurgerFi offer’s craft burgers, hand-cut fries and onion rings, house-made sauces and more. The Boca Raton location is serving the restaurant’s newest menu item called the Beyond Burger, a burger that looks and tastes like traditional beef, but is only made with plant-based protein.
The new location is 2,450 square feet and features eco-friendly elements, including picnic and four-top tables made from over 700,000 recycled milk jugs; industrial-style chairs made from 111 recycled Coca-Cola bottles; wood panel walls made from renewable timber; a 10-foot fan that consumes 88 percent less energy; and 100 percent energy-efficient LED lighting.
