True Food Kitchen Will Open First South Florida Location At Town Center At Boca Raton

Health-driven, with seasonal menus focusing on fresh ingredients, True Food Kitchen is a scratch bar opening the doors of its first South Florida location at Town Center at Boca Raton on Feb. 21.

The brand was co-founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, an integrative medicine expert, and Sam Fox, a nine-time James Beard Award nominee for Restaurateur of the Year.

The menu focuses on the principles of Dr. Weil’s anti-inflammatory diet, with a variety of gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan offerings for brunch, lunch, dinner and cocktails.

Signature items include spaghetti squash casserole, ancient grains bowl, Tuscan kale salad, grilled fish tacos, grass-fed steak tacos and inside-out quinoa burgers.

The drinks menu will feature natural juices, teas and refreshers, all of which can be paired with organic and gluten-free spirits for cocktails including the citrus skinny margarita, seasonal pomegranate mule and the farmers market sangria.
