You love brunch. Your mom loves brunch. And you both love each other. Sounds like your Mother's Day plans are a no-brainer. 

Here are 10 restaurants and hotels in the Boca area serving Mother’s Day brunch.


1. Apeiro Kitchen & Bar

Head to this Mediterranean restaurant on Mother’s Day for an a la carte brunch menu accompanied by gourmet chocolate-covered strawberries. For dinner, Apeiro’s Delray location will serve specials such as mozzarella di bufala with heirloom tomatoes and basil ($14), swordfish with English pea puree and red pepper tapenade ($28), and mezze rigatoni with shrimp, scallops, oven-roasted tomatoes, spinach and pecorino cheese ($24).

2. BRIO Tuscan Grille

Enter the #BRIOItalianLuxury contest to win mom a Gucci handbag between May 2 and 6, and then take mom to brunch at BRIO Tuscan Grille on Mother’s Day. BRIO will open early at 10 a.m. on Mother’s Day and serve special brunch items until 3 p.m. The menu includes ham and cheese quiche ($10.99), berries and cream French toast ($11.75), frittata al forno ($10.95), ham and biscuit benedict ($10.95), grilled filet and Maine lobster surf and turf ($29.95), and gorgonzola-crusted lamb ($29.95). For dessert, BRIO will offer a Mother’s Day dessert of torta di cioccolata with a molten lava center ($6.95).

3. Boca Raton Resort & Club

Mother’s Day dining options at the Boca Resort range from brunch at the hotel’s various eateries to "Afternoon Tea Under the Palms."

SeaGrille offers oceanfront fine dining and, from 11 a.m to 3 p.m., will serve brunch items including eggs benedict, bananas foster waffles, made-to-order omelets and sushi. Lucca, the resort’s Tuscan restaurant, will serve its Lavish Mother’s Day Brunch from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., featuring a full raw bar and unbelievable selection of sweet confections and rich chocolates. For an all-American brunch, try brunch at 501 East between 10:30 a.m. and 3 p.m., with a la carte choices ranging from a smoked salmon board to rib eye steak and eggs. 

As an alternative to brunch, book afternoon tea in the Palms Court, which pairs decadent savory and sweet bites with Single Origin Sri Lankan loose-leaf teas of Dilmah for a relaxing afternoon. The menu includes miniature blue crab rolls, warm cheddar biscuits with shaved prosciutto, cotton candy and other light bites. Guests can elevate their experience with sparkling wine or champagne, such as Andrea Bocelli Prosecco and Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut Champagne.

4. Gary Rack’s Fat Rooster

Be part of the last brunch at Gary Rack’s Fat Rooster. Before the Atlantic Avenue restaurant closes permanently for its transformation into a Farmhouse Kitchen—a health-conscious concept, also from Gary Rack’s Restaurant Group—Fat Rooster will serve a Southern-style Mother’s Day brunch as its final hurrah.

Coffee, tea and cocktails will also be available.
