The Cultural Council Of Palm Beach County Will Give $18,000 To Local Artists

The Cultural Council of Palm Beach County is currently accepting applications for its annual Randolph A. Frank Prize for the Performing Arts and the Dina Baker Fund for Mature Female Artists.

Both grants support Palm Beach County artists, with the Randolph A. Frank Prize for the Performing Arts alternating funding for performing artists and performing arts educators. This year, the $6,000 grant will fund a performing arts educator and $2,000 will fund an emerging performing arts educator.

The Dina Baker Fund for Mature Female Artists will grant $10,000 to an artist aged 60 or older with a financial need and recognizable merit. The artist may use the funds for professional development, arts related exhibitions, equipment and supplies, healthcare costs or basic living expenses.

The applications close on Aug. 3. To apply, visit palmbeachculture.com.
