Louie Bossi's fans rejoice—the restaurant will open its second location next week!

Louie Bossi's Ristorante Bar and Pizzeria, led by executive-chef partner Louie Bossi and corporate culinary director Lisabet Summa, has expanded from its flagship location on Las Olas Boulevard to Boca Raton.

The Boca Raton restaurant is located at the new Hyatt Place Hotel on the corner of Federal Highway and Palmetto Park Road. The Italian restaurant will open to the public on May 1 for dinner service and May 3 for lunch and dinner. Guests can begin making reservations on May 10.

The restaurant's design is inspired by 1940s Rome mixed with 1940s Lower East Side in New York City. A massive oak fireplace and 500-year-old stone gargoyles help achieve the aesthetic.

The restaurant will also feature an exterior entry piazza with lounge-style seating, a fire pit, an outdoor bar and, most importantly, a wood-burning pizza oven imported from Italy for Neapolitan style pizzas.

Besides its iconic pizza, Louie Bossi's Boca Raton menu will also include pasta, salumi, steaks and handcrafted cocktails, including Italian classics like Negroni, Sgroppino Alla Pera and Rosso Toscano.

Stop by the Italian eatery for its in-house artisan bakery and charcuterie program. All breads and desserts, including gelato, will be homemade, as well as beer and Limmoncello.
