NYY Steak Hosting A Decadent Wine Pairing Dinner Perfect For Date Night
Taking place on March 17, a four-course dinner at NYY Steak will feature selections from Caymus Vineyards in California.
The event will start at 7:30 p.m. with a cocktail reception and continue with dishes, such as butter-poached lobster tail, bison carpaccio and pan-seared wagyu tenderloin. Of course, any meal isn't complete without dessert, so a molten chocolate cake will cap off the evening.
Guests can then expect to enjoy 2013 Mer Soleil® Reserve Chardonnay, 2013 Emmolo® Merlot, 2013 Caymus® Napa Cabernet Sauvignon, 2012 Caymus® “Special Selection” Napa Cabernet Sauvignon and Red Schooner® Voyage 2.
Tickets are $249 per person, plus tax and gratuity. They are non-refundable and non-transferable.
