-1 1/2 ounces Bombay Sapphire

-1 ounce spiced apple juice

-1/2 ounce lemon juice

-1/2 ounce Amaretto

-1/2 ounce maple syrup

-1 teaspoon cinnamon

Method: Hard shake. Strain into rocks glass with a big cube. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a dehydrated apple slice if you’re feeling particularly crafty.

-1 1/2 ounces Bombay Sapphire

-1/2 ounce pomegranate juice

-1/2 ounce lemon

-3/4 ounce Black Peppercorn simple syrup*

*Black Peppercorn simple syrup

- 1 cup of water

- 1 cup of white sugar

- 2 tablespoons black peppercorn

Cook until sugar is dissolved and strain out black peppercorns.

Method: Shake and strain. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
