White Truffle and Wine Dinner

Enjoy a five-course truffle dinner paired with the wines of Michele Chiarlo at Casa D’Angelo Ristorante on Dec. 12. Chef Angelo Elia will host the dinner for guests to taste the flavors of Alba, Italy, known for its white truffle and wine production. Options off the evening’s menu include Risotto Classico al Tartufo Bianco, Filetto di Vitello al Prosciutto e Porcini and Mousse di Castagne e Amaretti. Pairings Competition at Royal Blues Hotel

Florida’s only Relais & Châteaux hotel, Royal Blues, will host a “Grains vs. Grapes” dinner on Dec. 13 during which experts will battle to find out what pairs better with food—beer or wine?
